Meet Your Guides

Chieko Claire Suzuki, LMT

I created Hibiki: She Remembers from a place that is deeply personal to me.

For many years, I was living within patterns and beliefs that I didn’t even realize I was holding. It wasn’t until I stepped out of that space that I began to feel something shift.

The world felt lighter.
Softer.
More open.

For the first time, I could truly breathe—and feel that I was part of this beautiful earth, not separate from it.

That experience changed me.

Hibiki was born from a desire to share that space with other women—
a space to gently release limiting beliefs, soften the nervous system, and return to the body.

Not to become someone new,
but to remember who you already are.

With over 15 years of experience supporting women, my work weaves together therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, Harmonic Egg sessions, and sound healing—
creating a space where the nervous system can soften, and the body can remember its natural state of balance.

Ai Ly, Yoshuku Guide

愛 (Ai) — meaning love in Japanese.

On the opening day of this workshop, thanks to Chieko's invitation, I am so excited to be teaming up with amazing women. I will guide us through a Yoshuku ceremony: a Japanese practice of celebrating the future as if it has already arrived. But this is not only about what's ahead. It is an invitation to pause and count the dreams — big and small — that have already come true, to remember the gifts you carry, and to step into the fullest, most authentic version of who you are here to be.

Bring your wishes, your bucket list, and the quiet dreams you've held close and the ones you've almost forgotten. Together, we will celebrate the past that shaped us, the present that holds us, and the future that is already becoming.

Let's remember together and celebrate!  Cheers!

Samantha Christopher, CHT

“I think a lot about how hard it is to be a woman in the western world.  We’re taught (subtly and not so subtly) that how we look, what we say, and how we show up all needs to be managed, improved, and perfected.  There is constant pressure to be better than we are right now - thinner, calmer, prettier, more put together.  And the wild part is, that mindset pulls us further away from the very thing that creates peace and confidence - our connection to ourselves.

I know this because I lived it.  For years, my relationship with my body, especially around weight, left me feeling isolated, disconnected, and like I just wasn’t enough as I was.  No matter what I changed on the outside, that feeling followed me.  In time, I realized that I’d never achieve true peace by trying harder or becoming more disciplined.  It was all about learning how to come back into my body in a way that felt safe.  That’s the work I do now through hypnotherapy.

My passion is serving women who yearn to reconnect with their own inner life force - that steady, grounded version that isn’t trying to prove anything or earn worth.  From that place, the belief that you’re not enough starts to loosen. The constant striving softens.  I firmly believe that you don’t have to become a “better version” of yourself to be worthy, and you don’t have to fight your body to feel at home in it.

Inside the Hibiki journey, I hold space for this kind of remembering - the kind that brings you back to yourself, just as you are.

Roya Motamedi, Yoga Teacher

Restorative yoga.

What is restorative yoga? It is a pose, an asana, that is deeply nourishing. How could lying on a couple of cushions restore you? The truth is that most of our days we either sit on a chair that locks our hip against other movement or we lie in bed with our head locked in position and wake up stiff and sore.

What if we supported our body in every way, our head, neck, upper body, hips, and arms, with an eye pillow for a deep reset. We go inside ourselves gently and stay, listening to our body, resting the shoulder that holds the world and the hands that makes everything.  The aim of Restorative Yoga is to communicate with the brain through a pose that tells your central nervous system and body that there is no tension or danger.

After a while, the brain gets the message and will lower the stress hormones and increase the life enhancing hormones that we need to heal and be present in our life. Unlike other exercise, this practice places minimal metabolic demands on you and increases your energy. All the organs and systems of the body benefit from deep relaxation, creating a place for your body intelligence to shine.
